Discovering she has a terminal illness, introverted saleswoman and cook Georgia Byrd (Queen Latifah) jets off to Europe to live like a millionaire, while charming the hotel’s posh chef (Gérard Depardieu) and pining over her longtime crush (LL Cool J).

A gender-swapped remake of a 1950 Alec Guiness film, 2006’s Last Holiday is a sudsy, frothy holiday comedy about living life to the fullest, splurging on some self-care, and going after what you want.

Featuring a fantastic, radiant performance by Queen Latifah, a fun over-the-top supporting cast — Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Alicia Witt (Twin Peaks), and LL Cool J at perhaps his most handsome — and food prep and styling by the Food Network, Last Holiday is a charming, silly, and heartfelt good way to get into the holiday spirit.

About the series

So Fetch!
So Fetch!

We’re making “fetch” happen with “So Fetch!” — a new series of rom-coms, chick-flicks, and fabulous turn-of-the-millennia cinema.

The words were iconic as soon as they left Gretchen Wieners’ mouth in 2004’s “Mean Girls.” That’s so fetchBoth the quote and the movie defined a fresh type of genre — fetch films for a new audience. This series is for that crowd. Maybe “fetch” never happened for Gretchenbut this category of comedies will forever be great and cool (grool, if you will), and we’re here for it.
