About the Film:
Morten Lauridsen who composed Lux Aeturna, O Magnum Mysterium, Nocturnes (Sa Nuit D'Ete, Soneto de la Noche, and Sure On This Shining Night), Dirait-on and Madrigali is said to be "the only American composer who can be called a mystic." Shining Night provides a look into the life of one of the greatest choral composers of the United States, who spends his summers on a remote island.
This Classical 91.5 event will include a post-screening panel.
