In order to keep everyone safe, we have switched to assigned seating. The easiest way to choose your seat is by buying your tickets online. That way you can see what seats are available and pick the ones you want. For the most part, our seating is available in groups of two and must be purchased in one transaction. If you buy a single seat, the empty seat next to you will not be available for purchase.
After choosing your seats, you will be able to select applicable discounts. Keep in mind that members, students and military will be required to show their member card or ID card at the door.
Online sales close 30 minutes prior to showtime.
Tickets available at the door will be limited, so please plan ahead. We strongly encourage purchasing online.

While we currently have restricted hours of operation, all levels of memberships will be valid for all of our screenings. Until we expand our hours, Associate level memberships can use their discounts Friday-Sunday.
To redeem free member passes, we recommend either:
- Call the business office during the week: (585) 258-0400. We can print your tickets and have them waiting for you at the box office.
- You are welcome to stop by the business office to reserve tickets.
- You can redeem them in-person at the box office, if seats remain. However, we strongly recommend you reserve them in advance to avoid disappointment if a screening sells out!
Once you select your seats, you will be able to select any applicable discounts.
Refunds & Exchanges
We are happy to offer refunds and exchanges on advanced sales if you be unable to attend a screening or event. Please make sure to contact us 24 hours prior to the time of the event in order to be issued a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds on events that have passed. Processing fees cannot be refunded.

If you will be unable to make it to a screening because you do not feel well, please do not come to the theatre. Just call or email us in advance of your screening and we’ll be happy to process you a refund or exchange.
