The Little Theatre’s Black Cinema Series, presented in partnership with the Rochester Association of Black Journalists (RABJ), screens both scripted and non-fiction films about the Black experience. With an emphasis on contemporary independent films, the series highlights Black perspectives and filmmakers, with screenings and panel discussions with community experts and filmmakers. More details

The Little’s The Lost Year: The Movies We Missed series showcases hits, hidden gems, and award-winning films that missed being seen by audiences on a big screen, due to movie theatres being closed during the pandemic. The series gives audiences a chance to connect with these movies in-person, and curates titles to showcase the full array of great movies available! More details

WXXI Public Broadcasting and the Little Theatre are engaged in a formal, long-term affiliation.
