Sons of Monk is an instrumental jazz and blues quartet comprised of Levon Jones (drum), Jahaka Mindstorm (Conga), Mike Patric (bass) and Sean Pfeifer (guitar).  Performing standards from the 1920s through the 1960s, Sons of Monk explores the unique rhythmic and harmonic language of the period, honoring the tradition of interplay and individual expression at the heart of the music.
