Artist Statement:

I painted for years not considering the word “diversity” was something that describes the work I produce. Every artistic school of thought and all past artists I am aware of seem to bring influence to the ideas I follow.

When a particular medium or style of expression best suits my idea, I go with it.

Environmental and social issues push my concepts but having fun while keeping the process fresh and interesting is so important to that undefinable creative urge.

From an unrecognizable image to a photo realistic rendering of a subject all art is an abstraction of nature. This idea frees me as an art maker to pursue whatever road, whatever means needed to best realize my concepts.

Exploration led to a diverse approach.

All the world is influence.

I only wish to enjoy the ride pushing paint around can bring me.
