One Take Documentary Series

One Take: Stories through the Lens is a monthly Tuesday night documentary series held at the Little, hosted by Linda Moroney. The series presents a unique mix of documentaries—ranging from film festival favorites to unheralded gems—followed by talkback discussions. The films are held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday each month along with an encore at 3 p.m. the second Saturday of each month, unless otherwise noted. 

About the One Take Film Festival (OTFF)
Year 4 of OTFF happens in 2020! This Rochester, NY Film Festival has grown out the Little Theatre's highly successful monthly documentary series that began in 2012. It celebrates and promotes the art of non-fiction filmmaking and stimulates public understanding and appreciation of the documentary film.  Over the course of four days (April 30 to May 3), we’ll celebrate the art of documentary filmmaking in its many forms.  We seek films that inspire, surprise, challenge, enlighten, and entertain us. Early Bird passes are now on-sale.
