Winner of the 2014 American Prize Oratorio Award, lyric-dramatic tenor Daniel Kamalić has been praised for his “big, stunning voice” (Chris Buchanan, Berkshire Fine Arts) with “exciting, tremendous force and a burnished tonal quality” (Larry Kellum, Town Times). "Kamalić roared onstage with charisma that wowed the audience," wrote Jacquinn Williams of The Bay State Banner. About his recent performance in Connecticut Lyric Opera's Eugene Onegin, Milton Moore of The Day wrote that he “excelled vocally” with “a vibrant and ringing Lensky” and Mr. Kellum wrote “The highlight of the evening was Lensky's lament, which was sung with ravishing, featherweight pianissimos by returning tenor Daniel Kamalić.”
Dramatic coloratura soprano, Kerri Lynn Slominski, captivates her audiences with her voice and presence. She has been praised for having a lovely, warm voice and outstanding presentation. A native from Rochester, New York, Ms. Slominski has served as a Young Artist with Brooklyn Opera Institute, Connecticut Lyric Opera, Opera Breve, Trentino Music Festival in Italy and an Apprentice Artist with Opera in the Ozarks. She has graced the stage singing the roles of: Susanna ( Le Nozze di Figaro ) Fiordiligi ( Così fan tutte) , Queen of the Night and First Lady ( Die Zauberflöte ), Fox ( The Cunning Little Vixen ), Lucy ( The Telephone ), Miss Wordsworth ( Albert Herring ), Giannetta ( L'elisir d'amore ) Lauretta ( Gianni Schicchi ), Suor Genovieffa ( Suor Angelica) and the Mother ( Hansel and Gretel ).
