ART EXHIBIT

The Little Theatre Café is hosting a solo show displaying the artwork of Margery Pearl Gurnett. The work is both abstract and narrative and would be described as mixed media, diorama-like, collages containing glass. Making a debut will be smaller more intimate works which are self framed adopting a unique new design. Pearl Gurnett has been embedding dream-like images created with a photographic process into layers of glass, which adds an anecdotal component to her work. The show will be curated by Zanne Brunner. Pearl Gurnett is represented by the Oxford Gallery.
