Max Robbins & Leon Hsu :: Saturday, Sept. 21

Max Robbins is a composer, theatre teaching artist, and music educator from Rochester, NY. He grew up studying both classical and jazz music with several Eastman faculty and Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra musicians. Max has performed at the Rochester International Jazz Festival, Tanglewood Music Festival, Brevard Music Center, and several jazz clubs in Pittsburgh and Boston. He teaches trumpet privately and is a teaching artist at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, MA. Max is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Psychology and Trumpet Performance and the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a degree in Human Development and Arts in Education. 

Leon Hsu is a jazz piano player.
