In a future where a failed global-warming experiment kills off most life on the planet, a class system evolves aboard the Snowpiercer, a train that travels around the globe via a perpetual-motion engine.
Oscar-winning director Bong Joon-ho (Parasite, Memories of Murder) takes viewers on a wild ride filled with dark twists and riveting action. Chris Evans, in the midst of his Marvel heyday, delivers a performance with equal parts fury and sadness. Tilda Swinton drops in for a few iconic moments; John Hurt, Song Kang-ho, Ed Harris, and Octavia Spencer round out the cast.
