About the Film:
Claudia, played by the beautiful Miriam Leone, is running an art restoration business funded by her grandmother’s pension, who also houses her and feeds her. When the government delays payments for her work and the grandmother suddenly dies, Claudia becomes effectively homeless and has to shut down her business unable to pay her friends-employees. When her friends suggest she not report the death and keep on collecting grandma’s pension, the only solution is to put grandma in the freezer, under the tortellini. Simone, played to perfection by Fabio de Luigi, is an obsessive enforcer of the law, catching crooks and tax cheats with an unstoppable zeal, till he is struck by love at first sight with Claudia, and a romantic relationship starts developing. But Simone is tongue tied and clumsy when talking to women, so he has to come up with work related excuses to see Claudia, while Claudia tries to cover up for the absence of her grandmother. Then the comedy takes off to another level.
