About Polite Ink
Polite Ink., or PI as we affectionately call it, is made up of people. Funny people to be precise. Funny people who perform comedy. PI specializes in both sketch and improvised comedy. We write and perform our own sketches and our improv games are made up on the spot based on audience suggestions. We even pull a few willing volunteers from the audience up on stage for certain improv games. What else can you expect to see at our show? Well, in addition to sketch and improv, we also feature dancing, singing, occasional video shorts, sophisticated humor, dumb humor, clean humor, humorous humor, satire, constant silliness, and non-stop laughter. Further, our shows are rated PG to PG-16. We have even been called the Seinfelds of improv.

About Willow Domestic Violence Center
Willow Domestic Violence Center provides crisis, counseling, advocacy and shelter services to over 7,500 clients and reaches another 12,000 through prevention education in the Greater Rochester area. Its mission is to prevent domestic violence and ensure every survivor has access to the services and support needed along the journey to a safe and empowering life. While over 90% of those they serve are women and children, they also provide services to men and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. And, they’ve added a pet shelter to their services, removing a barrier for those who need safety, but don’t want to leave their pets behind.
