This delicious documentary tells the story of the rise and fall of America's first celebrity chef, Jeremiah Tower, whose brash personality and culinary genius made him a living legend. After career landmarks at Chez Panisse in Berkeley and the overnight sensation Stars Restaurant in San Francisco, Tower mysteriously disappears from the food scene for nearly two decades, only to resurface in New York City’s fabled but troubled Tavern on the Green. Featuring interviews by Mario Batali, Anthony Bourdain, Ruth Reichl and Martha Stewart.
