About the Film:

Ends Wednesday, June 19.

John Lithgow is a man obsessed with the future. Blythe Danner is a woman trapped in the past. Together they have a chance to embrace the present.

Ed Hemsler (Lithgow) spends his life preparing for a disaster that may never come. Ronnie Meisner (Blyth Danner) spends her life shopping for things she may never use. In a small town somewhere in America, these two people will try to find love while trying not to get lost in each other’s stuff.

Bonus: Parts of The Tomorrow Man were shot around Rochester. Lithgow, who was born in Rochester, explained his special bond with the city to WROC News 8 during the Sundance Film Festival in January 2019.
