Hearing Loop at The Little

By Scott Pukos

Some exciting news here at The Little:

We're installing some exciting improvements: A new Hearing Loop system and aisle lights. As a result, there aren't any screenings in theater 2 Monday through Thursday next week (Aug. 22 to Aug. 25).

Interested in these changes? Let me tell you more.

Thanks to the support of our friends at Hart Hearing Centers, we're adding a Hearing Loop System to theater 2. The theater will open again Friday, Aug. 26. Additional installations are still to come.

What is a hearing loop? It's a wire that circles the room, and is connected to a sound system. The loop transmits sound electromagnetically and that electromagnetic signal is picked up by the telecoil in hearing aids. To use the hearing loop, you flip on the t-switch on your hearing aid.

If you have additional questions, please feel free to ask me via email/phone call/letter, or to ask management while you're at The Little!
