Heather Taylor

“It's a voice that is full of smoky tone and magnetic, hypnotic vibrato. There's just something fascinating about a voice like this that seems reserved, in deference and reverence to the song when it's obvious the voice is holding back in volume but not in its honesty and intensity. ”

Heather provides a mix of original tunes, ie: "Made to Wander", mixed with a plethora of Traditional and Americana tunes like "I'll Fly Away" and "Pay Day" by Mississippi John Hurt, Blues, ie: "Give Me One Reason" by Tracy Chapman or "Mama, He Treats Your Daughter Mean" by Ruth Brown, sprinkled with reggae ie: "Don't Worry Be Happy", "I Can See Clearly Now" all with unique sounding Octave Mandolin. She recently released “House of Healing, a seven-song all original album featuring groovy flute solos, sultry singing and cosmic grooves.
